We assist clients in setting up both manual & computerized accounting system, and internal control systems. We adhere to the guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in preparing financial statements for use of the company and the others.

Bookkeeping/Write-Up 
Our firm provides full-charge bookkeeping services, including general ledger, and journal entries and subsidiary ledger maintenance, bank statement reconciliation, and receivables and payable aging and analysis. These services can be performed at your office or at our office.

Buying & Selling a Business
We offer advise on viability of prospective business purchase, local market conditions, industry trends, and the financial position condition of an acquisition candidate. We offer advice for obtaining the best possible sales price and contract payout terms on sale of business.

Investment Review
